Ya! They filmed the outside of the great hall for Hogwarts in Oxford. And I saw it. 
Tbh i've only watched part of 5 and then 6,7a and 7b and I haven't read them. And to tell you why? The series really doesn't interest me that much. 
I'd rather watch Doctor Who and documentaries and youtube. But it was still cool to see. Plus there are TOO many buses in Oxford!
